Today, I saw an article about writing. basically, most of us are sleep addicts in the early morning. we always hesitate to wake up from the bed.but when you wake up, you're at nothing means no thinking, no ideas, no shit goes through your mind. if you are able to use that time efficiently, I can definitely say your day would be productive. there are so many ways to do that one. one of those, I saw in an article that's what I am going to tell you.

Morning Pages is a tool for creative recovery. It is a process of daily writing in longhand(i.e, hand writing). It is a very good Practice which could improve many of your skills. In this Process, Every morning after you wake up, you just need to fill up 3 pages fully. doing this practice daily would give so much good in many ways.

you can write whatever comes to your mind at that on the paper. It might be related to anything like personal, privacy, family, friends etc. whatever it is you just need to put it on the paper. if you want you can destroy or burn them after you finished it. this gives you so much confidence, energy. it is like judging you by yourself. I will tell you simple analogy to this " when you are doing the math, you will get a clear picture only when you put problem's information on the paper then you can think about the solutions. eventually, you end up with the efficient solution." It is like confessing for yourself which you cannot tell to others.

Finally, What I can say that is It is a very good habit to adopt. It gives you so much confidence, energy, encouragement, pleasant feeling to kick off the day with a positive and make your day. Thanks to Julian Cameron for introducing this topic to me.
